Amazon has always shipped products we've ordered, quickly. The Canon was easy to setup, though I took a bit longer when I didn't read I needed to be connected to my computer by the USB cable for initial setup. Once pass that small hurdle, the software installed easily and the setup for wireless went smoothly. We have been very pleased with the scanner and color printer, though I wish it printed faster, it' s not something that would put me off from purchasing this printer again.
